Family Ḵúx̱dei Yaa Nas.áx Summer Gatherings

JAMM, in partnership with Sealaska Heritage Institute, is offering a week of free violin, crafting, food and fun for the whole family! Activities are based on JAMMʼs Kux̱dei Yaa Nas.áx in-school programs and will include Lingit language and will be led by Culture Bearer Yux̱gitsiy George Holly.

​When: June 23-27 (Monday-Friday)
Schedule:
  • 4:30-5:15pm Family Violin
  • 5:15-5:30 Recess, Break, Food
  • 5:30-7pm Crafts & Music
Where: Kax̱digoowu Héen Elementary School Music Room & Commons
For: All Juneau youth who have completed Kindergarten-3rd Grade + a family member
Cost: Free!
