JAMM Chamber Music Camp

JAMM's 3rd Chamber Music Camp will take place June 8th-12th 2026 at Chapel by the Lake from 12:45pm-5:30pm daily.

JAMMʼs Chamber Music Camp is open to all students who have completed 8th-12th grade and are enrolled in a school or community string orchestra (TMMS, JDHS, Ursa Major, Aurora Strings). Advanced 6th and 7th graders may be eligible with instructor approval.

New this year! We are adding a limited number of spots for advanced high school wind players. Flute, clarinet, french horn, oboe and bassoon students are invited to apply. Because of the need to balance orchestras, we cannot guarantee a spot for every wind musician. Spots will be assigned by early April.

Chamber Music Camp will include time each day in a full orchestra rehearsal, and small group sessions with students playing at a similar level. Music will be sent out in mid April to allow musicians time to prepare for camp.

Registration closes Friday, March 20th

All JAMM programs are tuition free, including this Chamber Music Camp. We rely on donations from families and the wider Juneau community alongside grant funding keep our programs going, including summer camps.  Please Click Here to make a donation of any amount to support JAMM's work. Thank you!
