This page is dedicated to pieces that students request. Lindsay Clark, music teacher at Auke Bay and JAMM instructor, will be posting weekly tutorials to help students play songs that theyʼd like to learn. The first is perfect for our upcoming holiday!

NOTE: For all Youtube videos, you can click on the Settings (the little gear icon on the bottom right corner of the video) and slow down the speed by choosing .75, .5 or .25. Just remember to set it back to Normal speed or all of your Youtube videos will play at the slower speed.

Carol of the Bells: Violin and Cello

Carol of the Bells was written by Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych in 1914 with lyrics by Peter J. Wilhousky. The song is based on a Ukrainian folk chant called "Shchedryk."
