Guitar

Guitar is now one of the year-long string options for after-school JAMM co-taught by Samantha Georg and Sam Roberts. This year the class is honoring the strong connection between Alaska and Hawaii, as well as many cultures represented by our school population, by following the Moananuiākea, Hōkūle‘a’s 15th major voyage in her first 50 years. The voyagerʼs first destination was Alaska and the guitar club will follow the voyage by learning about communities along the way, particularly those represented by our diverse school population.
