Orchestra Belt Challenge

Much like a martial arts program, the Orchestra Belt Challenge is made up of different skills that need to be mastered before progressing onto the next level. Each level has a colored belt represented by a ribbon that is attached to the scroll of the instrument.
The Orchestra Belt Challenges are a combination of songs from the Essential Elements 2000 for Strings method book and JAMM repertoire. Each belt increases with difficulty so they need to be earned in order. When a student is ready to "pass off" all they need to do is videotape themselves on a device and e-mail it to their orchestra teacher: Meghan Johnson or Franz Felkl.
