Spring Into Art Performance at Overstreet Park

JAMM students have been invited to play for the JAHC’s Spring Into art event Saturday May 6th, at Overstreet Park (in front of the Whale Statue).

Here are some important things to know:

• Students arrive at least 15 mins before their scheduled performance, so that there is time to tune and warm up.
• In-School students will ave an instrument checked out to them on Friday, May 5th to use for weekend. This instrument must be brought to the Saturday performance. Checked out instruments must be returned to school by Tuesday, May 9th.
• After school JAMM students are responsible for bringing their instrument and music.
• Due to Juneau’s crazy spring weather, students should dress warm. 
• Parents will be responsible for transportation to and from the event. 

Arrival and Performance Times:

• 10:15 - 10:30 JAMM #1- in school students
• 10:35-10:50: JAMM #2- After school JAMM musicians
• 10:55-11:10 Prelude Ensemble
• 11:20-11:40 Juneau String Ensemble
• 11:40-12:00 JAMM Mariachi Ensemble
