TROLLS, ORCS & GOBLINS:  Theme Music from "In the Hall of the Mountain King"



THE STORY BEHIND THE MUSIC:  The theme of Trolls, Orcs, & Goblins comes from "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg, a Norwegian composer who wrote this piece for a play called Peer Gynt.

This animated summarizes the story of Peer Gynt. You can hear Grieg's music in the background, including "In the Hall of the Mountain King."
